What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer several shipping options including standard, expedited, and priority delivery. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

What is the return policy for hardware products?

You can return most items purchased from the Google Store within 15 calendar days after the day you receive them. For Nest thermostats and certain other products, the window is extended to 30 days.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status at any time by visiting the 'Order History' section in your account.

Does my device come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all new hardware devices purchased from the Google Store include a limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Google Pay and Google Store Financing for eligible purchases.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

There is a very short window to cancel an order before it reaches our warehouse. If the 'Cancel' button is still visible in your order history, you may cancel it; otherwise, you will need to initiate a return after delivery.
