Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase, so we offer a standard 15-day return window for most hardware items from the date you receive them. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate your return

  Sign into your Google Store account, navigate to your Order History, and select the item you wish to return to start the process.

• 2.
  Print your label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label and the return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack your device

  Place the device in its original box with all included accessories and cables, then secure the return slip inside the package.

• 4.
  Ship it back

  Attach the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.
